Agree a process before payday
Tell us your pay frequency, number of employees and how you record hours or salary changes. We will discuss the information needed and when it must be supplied.
You should also agree who approves the payroll and who makes the payments. Payroll processing does not automatically mean that we transfer wages from your bank account.
Can you handle payroll for company directors?
Yes. Tell us how many directors need payroll support and whether the company also employs other staff.
Are pensions included?
Workplace pension administration can be included in the agreed scope. Ask us to identify the tasks and any provider charges in the quote.
Does this include HR or employment-law advice?
Payroll and employment-law advice are different services. Tell us about any wider question so we can clarify the support available.
Payroll services for small businesses in Kent and London
An agreed payroll routine needs employee information, pay dates and a clear process for reporting changes. Tell us the number of employees and whether pension support is required so that the appropriate services can be selected.
The limited company calculator separates payroll and pension options by employee band. Monthly company fees have 20% VAT added. Explain irregular pay, starters, leavers or requirements outside the calculator before starting.
